logo Who am I? I have lived in Springfield for five years, and this will be my fifth year teaching at Westport. I have lived in eight different states and have taught in five states, with one of those states where I have never lived. I have four children, two grown and married and two boys still at home. One of the boys, Taylor, is a junior at Parkview High, and Wesley, my youngest son, is a 7th grader at Carver. After being divorced for many years, I got married to a most wonderful man. I met him on e-Harmony and fell in love with him almost immediately. We have now been married for over 11⁄2 years. Our anniversary is January 1st. My hobbies include playing games and doing things with my family, sewing, cooking, reading, and being active in my church. There are a lot of stories I will share with the students as the year progresses. So, who am I? I am Gail Iman.

logo Yeeeehoooooteeee!!! It is fantastic to be back for a new year. My Name is Robin Davidson—Mr. D to the students—and this is my eleventh class at Westport Elementary. I love this place, and I love the students here. Outside of Westport, I have a very busy life. My wife, Teresa, is an Occupational Therapist and works with children in several area school districts. She is brilliant, and she is my best friend. I also have seven children—one girl and six boys. Their names are: Casye (19), Robin II (17), Bishop (14), Stone (12), Eli (11), Reese (5), and Lincoln (4). They are my pride and joy. I have several pets: Biscuit, the Lab; Beacon, the mutt; Chessie, the cat; Fat Shelly, the box turtle; and Friar Tuck, the praying mantis. There is no place that I’d rather be than spending time with my family. I am very active in my church—StoneBridge. I am a deacon, a life group leader, and an active member of the drama program. I stay very busy there and love to find opportunities for service. Above all else, I am a believer in and follower of Jesus Christ. That relationship informs every other area of my life. He is why I am here. So get ready; get set; let’s GO get this adventure started!
