Help Desk Support: The Help Desk team is composed of four I.T. tech specialists who provide clear, reliable assistance for all your technology questions. Help Desk team members can remote directly into your classroom/office computer to directly assist you with many computer issues. The Help Desk may be contacted either by phone at 523-HELP (33333) or by completing an online request for assistance by clicking on the Work Order link. Help Desk hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. |
On Site Support: Requests for on site assistance are made through the Help Desk. The on site team is composed of 13 members; 5 high school technicians, 1 Special Ed./Middle School technician, and 7 middle/elementary/office technicians. Each technician is trained to provide quality assistance.
