1. Close all instances of StarMath and StarMath management.
2. The TAP (Total Academic Program) will be installed on one PC in your lab.
3. On That PC, Go to the Start Menu, Programs, TAP, and click on TAP Management.
4. Click on the Welcome screen, then enter the password “admin”, and click OK. If another selection box appears, choose “TAP Administrator” and click OK. You are now in the TAP program.


5. Click on “Preferences”.

6. Double click on “Consolidation Scheduler.”

7. Click on “Consolidate Immediately” and then click “Yes.” TAP will now consolidate all of the Star Math data that is on your server and create a file on your local machine.

8. Once consolidation is complete, you will receive a message saying that “The TAP consolidation process has completed successfully. Click “OK”. You may now Click “Cancel” to exit the “Consolidation Scheduler.” After closing you will receive the following message. Click “OK’’ and once the program restarts you may close the TAP program.

9. Once the data has been consolidated you must email the file to Tina McManus. The file that needs to be sent is in: My Computer, C:\TAP\Exports\tpexports.xls.
Be sure and attach the tpexports.xls file and not the .xml file

10. Attach this file to an email and send it to dpitts@spsmail.org
NOTES:
-Send only one file per school
-Your StarMath drive (Star$ on ‘Server’ (M :)) must be mapped in “My Computer” for the consolidation process to work.
