ACTIVITY CARDS

Athletic Participation Card
A $50.00 participation card will need to be purchased by students that participate in an athletic event/sport. It is a one-time per year fee regardless of the number of sports that they play. The card will allow the student to attend other athletic events sponsored by Springfield Public Schools. The card will not work at MSHSAA events/games or games sponsored by outside agencies.

Middle School Adult Card
Adult activity cards will be available in the Pleasant View Office. The cost of the card will be $15.00. The adult passes are for admission to only Pleasant View football, basketball, volleyball, and track events.

Middle School Student Activity Card
An activity card will be available for $5.00 per student. The card will provide admission to all Pleasant View football, basketball, volleyball, and track events and Hillcrest High School games.
