Football not only provides you the opportunity to be in the best shape of your life, it also builds great work ethics, self-esteem, and mental and physical toughness. This season is short- usually only 10 games, the practices are intense and numerous. But the rewards of playing football are many, and the intensity of the game cannot be compared to any other sport.
