Meet Mrs. Waddell

  
Mrs. Waddell graduated from Drury University with a B.S. in elementary education and a minor in physical education in 2001.  She began teaching in 2001 and spent her first six years teaching 3rd-5th grades at Ed V. Williams elementary.  She joined the Mann family in 2007 as a 4th grade teacher and now has since moved to 5th grade. "I love being with and teaching children.  Watching the light bulb of learning go on is truly priceless.  I feel blessed that I get to do something everyday that I love."

Mrs. Waddell lives in Nixa with her handsome, wonderful, husband, Bryan, her daughter Megan (4 yrs. old), and her mom (Grammy) who is also a 2nd grade teacher at Holland Elementary.  Megan attends Promise Preschool and will begin Kindergarten next Fall. Bryan is a General Manager at Casey's General Store.  His favorite things besides his family are football & baseball. "We are huge Mizzou, Chiefs, Royals, and Cardinals fans." Mrs. Waddell and her husband have been married for since 2003 and enjoy taking trips together, watching movies and their favorite TV shows (Greys Anatomy, Top chef, Biggest Loser), and going out to dinner together.  "Most of the time we find ourselves at home doing our favorite thing; hanging out with our kids.  We love family game night and playing school, kitchen, and baby dolls with Megan (at the top of our list)."
