Mrs. Halbur attended the University of Northern Iowa, majoring in Elementary/Special Education. She taught third through fifth grade SCI (Self Contained with Integration) Special Education in Iowa for four years before taking time off to be with her daughters. In 1995, she joined the Mann staff. Her favorite part of teaching is when her students acquire a new concept and are excited about it. She says, "the smiles on their faces speak a thousand words!" |
