Kickapoo Dual Credit Program

Through Kickapoo’s Dual Credit Program, high school students have the option to enroll in rigorous classes taught at KHS during the regular high school day and to receive “Dual Credit” — both high school and college credit. Dual Credit gives motivated college-bound high school students the opportunity to earn college credit before attending college full-time. Although students are responsible for the college tuition, the credit hour rates are greatly reduced for Dual Credit enrollment.

The online version of the FAFSA allows seniors to:

  • apply paperless;
  • check status of FAFSA
  • view Student Aid Report and Estimated Family Contribution
  • make corrections to your application.

Seniors and their parents are encouraged to go online at any time and obtain a PIN at www.pin.ed.gov. However, the FAFSA cannot be filed until AFTER January 1, 2012. The FAFSA requires information from parents' 2011 tax return.

Attention Students & Parents

FAFSA4caster is a financial aid estimator that students and parents can use before officially applying for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA4caster will determine what types of federal grants, loans, and work-study students may qualify for in college. Any student, regardless of age or year in school, may use FAFSA4caster before officially applying for the FAFSA by clicking on www.FederalStudentAid.ed.gov.
