a lasting legacy for you and your family or

can honor your graduating senior or student, recognize
a teacher
or coach, or

Mission Statement
The Chief Endowment Fund is dedicated to ensuring
that Kickapoo High School students have opportunities and resources
available to meet their individual educational needs.
Purpose and Philosophy The
Chief Endowment Fund was established by faculty, alumni, parents,
and students to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Kickapoo
High School.
The
Chief Endowment Fund will provide additional financial resources
for educational enrichment at Kickapoo High School. Public
funds can no longer provide for every student' individual educational
needs. Through private donations and/or deferred gifts, the
Chief Endowment Fund will assist in answering the educational
needs of Kickapoo High School students.

Q: Who administers the fund?
A: Funds are managed by the foundation for Springfield Public
Schools, 940 North Jefferson, Springfield, MO 65802.
Q: Are contributions to The Chief Endowment Fund tax deductible?
A: YES! The Foundation for Springfield Public Schools is a 501(c)3
corporation and a vehicle for individual and corporate tax-deductible
contributions.
Q: What are some examples of possible funded opportunities?
A:
Funds would be available for educational opportunities in academics,
fine arts, leadership, and athletics. Funds would be available
for enrichment and remedial programs, clinics, trips, and special
events that expand a student's knowledge.
Q: How will funds be distributed?
A: An allocations committee will disperse funds from confidential
student applications or staff recommendations.
