school year. Individuals wishing to volunteer
for the district for this school year are required
to complete a 2012-2013 Volunteer Registration
Form. Please review all registration forms for
accuracy and see that they are completed in full
and signed by both volunteer and site administrator.
Any outdated, incomplete or unsigned forms will
be returned to the site resulting in delayed
processing.

Purposes of PTA:

youth in home, school, community, and
place of worship

secure adequate laws for the care and
protection of children and youth.

bring into close relation the home and
the school, that parents and teachers
may cooperate intelligently in the education
of children and youth

public such united efforts as will secure
for all children and youth the highest
advantages in physical, mental, social,
and spiritual education
