The Wilson's Creek Library Media Center is a 4,400 square feet facility, serving 450 students in fifth and sixth grade and 42 staff members. The program focuses on instruction in information literacy and literature skills. Overseeing the LMC are library media specialist Amy Price.

Wilson's Creek students participate heavily in the district's Mark Twain Reading Program. Each student who reads at least four of the nominated titles is allowed to vote for the book which will win the Missouri Association of School Librarians' Mark Twain award. These students also show off their knowledge in a fiercely contested Battle of the Books.
