problems.
Nurse Brader does not see students 1st block -
from 8:00 until 9:30 AM unless it is an emergency
or students have made a previous appointment. This
block is reserved for hearing and vision screening,
conferences with parents and/or students, and student
file maintenance or classroom education.
Forms for students to carry OTC (over the counter)
medication or to take Prescription medication at
school can be obtained from the Health Room.
Students and their families should
be mindful that immunizations must be kept up to
date. Most freshmen need a tetanus booster during
this school year prior to their sophomore year.
Students will need to bring documentation of the
immunization to the nurse so their computer records
will be accurately updated.
If immunizations are not up to date at the time
of schedule pick up for the new school year, the
new class schedule must be withheld. If parents
have any questions, please contact the nurse.
Please
contact the nurse if you have any questions at 523-8930.
Parents - please
make certain your emergency contact information
is up to date in
case we need to reach you during the day. If your
student experiences any health changes that could
affect your student's attendance or academics,
please contact the nurse.
