Faculty Goals
We envision a school in which educators (Teachers,
Administrators, and Support Staff):
- Commit
to instruct and encourage a diverse student body
to master appropriate essential skills
- Experience autonomy in their classrooms in
order to engage students in creative learning
experiences
- Ensure students obtain the social and emotional
skills necessary for success by accessing appropriate
support structures
- Consistently enforce school rules
- Demonstrate high expectations for themselves
and students
- Value, respect and support each person's
role in the educational process
