CULTURAL DIVERSITY CLUB
- Who makes up the club? The club is made up of students from any background, speaking any native language, that attend Central High School.
- What is it? It is a club for anyone that is interested in hearing about other cultures/countries.
- Where is it? It is in room 223 which is Ms. High’s room.
- When is it? It is currently after school from 3-4, but we may change that next year due to so many students that are riding the bus. We meet once a month.
- Why do we have the club? Central is an extremely diverse school. We have about 60 students that are English Speakers of Other Languages and we have many other students that are from other countries as well. This club is to showcase all Central students and their cultures. We also learn about customs and countries that are not represented by students here at Central.
- How do you join? Any student can come to the club meetings. There are no dues! It is just a time for socializing. We usually have refreshments after the meeting. We hope to see you next year!
