2010 Cherokee Volleyball try-outs have been
scheduled for the week of January 25th.

8th grade try-outs are set for Monday January 25th and Tuesday January 26th from 3:00pm-5:00pm.

7th grade tryouts will be Wednesday January 27th, Thursday January 28th and, if needed, Friday January 29th from 3:00pm-5:00pm.

The third day (Friday) of try-outs for 7th grade will depend on the number of 7th graders trying out. There will be an informational meeting Thursday, January 7th for all girls interested in trying out. At this meeting there will be information about what is required to try-out and the "Pre Try-Out Clinic".

The clinic will give students all the information they need for try-outs and a chance to work on the techniques the coaches will be looking for at try-outs. If middle school Boys basketball games have weather related cancelations volleyball try-outs will need to be adjusted to start as soon as the basketball season is over, therefore these dates could change. Watch for signs around the school in January for exact dates on all of the items listed above.
