Kickapoo Tribe Baseball Club Baseball Tryouts

Tryout Information
Kickapoo Tribe Baseball Club will hold a tryout for a 13U, 12U, and 11U competitive baseball team(s) for the 2014 season. The team(s) will be chosen with USSSA guidelines.

To be eligible to play on a Tribe team, each player must live within the Kickapoo district with the intent of attending Kickapoo High School.

The Tribe organization does not allow for a player to be on a roster for any other team besides Tribe, regardless of age division. Please keep this in mind when considering tryouts.

You will receive a postcard by the end of July with your team placement so you know which night to attend orientation. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

NEW 8th graders to CMS – 12 to 12:30
Returning 8th graders pick up schedules – 12:30

Pick-a-project is the new program for the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools to give donors an opportunity to make tax-deductible gifts to support needs in our public schools. Whether you are a parent, a friend or a community member who believes in public education, this program allows you to see multiple projects in our schools and choose your level of support!

CHARACTER EDUCATION VOLUNTEERS

Cherokee has an AWESOME Character Education program that meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. throughout the school year.

Volunteers wills be assigned to a classroom to teach a lesson that will be written and given to them by Mrs. Roffers, counselor at Cherokee.

If you are interested and can commit to helping us with this, please contact Mrs. Roffers as soon as possible.
