Finalists announced for Teacher of the Year award
April 06, 2011
A selection committee will interview the finalists and choose the Teacher of the Year, who will be announced at the banquet. The finalists are:
- Julia Armstrong, humanities/social studies teacher, Pipkin Middle School;
- Lisa Lilley, Spanish teacher, Central High School;
- Kym Nelms, second grade teacher, Disney Elementary School;
- Brian Pyck, math teacher, Pipkin Middle School; and
- Alberta Smith, choir teacher, Central High School.
